Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all necessary content and information required for the project, including text, images, videos, and any other relevant materials.
You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals during the project to avoid delays.
You agree to pay all fees and charges as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with third-party services used in the project, such as hosting, domain registration, or software licenses.
Our Responsibilities
We will provide services in a professional and timely manner, adhering to industry best practices. In terms of confidentiality, we will keep your confidential information secure and not disclose it to any third parties without your consent.
Upon full payment, we will transfer ownership of all deliverables to you, including website design, systems and workflows, and any other created materials.
Payment Terms
Payments are typically aligned with the agreed-upon schedule, but for any of our plans or packages, we require full payment upfront via Credit Card or PayPal before starting your project. We're dedicated to your satisfaction, and if the final deliverables don't meet your expectations, we offer a 50% refund of the package rate.
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for any issues or damages caused by third-party services used in the project.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
